Chapter 4: Substantive Adjectives
Substantive adjectives are adjectives which are used in place of a noun.
As such, they should be translated like a noun in accordance with their Gender and Number.
E.g. Monent bonäs dë bellö.
~They warn the good women about war.
Stultus saepe cögitat dë ötio.
~The foolish man is often thinking about leisure.
