PIP - 3rd & 4th Conjugation
Formation:
1. Find the stem:
- tangö, tangere, tetigï, täctum: -> tang-
- rapiö, rapere, rapuï, raptum -> rapi
- sciö, scïre, scïvï, scïtum -> scï

2. add endings (ë as tense marker + person endings):
ar ëmur ëris ëminï ëtur entur
nb: For third conjegation verbs, like tangö, the 2nd person singular present and future indicative passive differ only in the length of the vowel:
- you are touched: tangeris
- you will be touche: tangëris
