Interrogative Pronouns & Adjectives
Interrogative pronouns (Latin: quis, quid; English: who, whose, whom) ask a question: e.g. quis dicit (who is speaking?); quod argumentum faciet (what argument will he make)? The interrogative pronoun looks very like the relative pronoun. The interrogative adjective is identical in form to the relative pronoun. This means, you have to think when you analyze a sentence syntactically.
