Latin Verbs: Imperatives

Imperatives are commands. They are the method for telling an individual or a group what to do. In other words, when I say "Study Latin!", I am using an imperative.
 

• The present imperative has only 2 forms:
  • 2 sing: e.g YOU PRAISE (to command one person)
  • 2 plur: e.g. YOU (all) PRAISE (to command more than one person)
    
    
•  Formation:
  • 2s: stem
  • 2p: stem + te
    
    
• Examples:
  • amä, amäte / laudä, laudäte
  • monë, monëte / debë, debëte
