The Committee on Teaching Development (TDC) has two charges:
1.) To provide a safe environment for "junior" faculty to address matters
concerning teaching that they might not feel comfortable discussing in
front of "senior" faculty who have power over reappointment, tenure, and
promotion.
2.) To provide resources and opportunities for all faculty to work on
improving teaching.
