Ladd Library Overdue Policy for Faculty and Staff Members Faculty/Staff borrowing privileges are suspended when: 1. Recalled materials are overdue. 2. A faculty or staff member fails to respond to a formal request from the College Librarian to return overdue materials. 3. Payment for lost or damaged materials is not received. Bates College Faculty and Staff Library Replacement Policy Faculty and staff members are responsible for all materials borrowed using their Bates Card.
