Ladd Library Overdue Policy for Faculty and Staff Members

Faculty/Staff borrowing privileges are suspended when:
1. Recalled materials are overdue.
2. A faculty or staff member fails to respond to a formal request from the College Librarian to return overdue materials.
3. Payment for lost or damaged materials is not received.

Bates College Faculty and Staff Library Replacement Policy
Faculty and staff members are responsible for all materials borrowed using their Bates Card. Faculty members are also responsible for materials borrowed on Teaching Assistants Cards, see the policy at: http://www.bates.edu/Library/siteguides/faculty/studentassis.shtml

Replacement Costs
Faculty and Staff of Bates College are liable for the price of replacing any material that is lost or damaged, as well as the processing fee. Checks should be made payable to Ladd Library, Bates College.
