Policies for Listening/Viewing Facilities The Group Listening/Viewing Rooms can be reserved at the Audio Video Area counter. A reservation will be held for a maximum of fifteen minutes. After that the room becomes available to any patron. If a room has not been reserved, it can be used on a first come, first served basis. Listening/Viewing facilities are available to: 1. students and faculty for course-related purposes; 2. students, faculty and staff for recreational purposes; 3. adults from the community or other institutions. If a patron needs to use a station for course-related purposes and none is available, other users may be asked to relinquish their seats. Only library-owned discs and tapes may be used. No taping is allowed without the knowledge and consent of an Audio staff member.
