How To Find Journal Articles
NOTE: The Library catalog does NOT contain information
about individual articles within journals.

Academic
Search Premier is a broad, general-level index which
also contains some full text articles. For simple or limited searches, it
may be sufficient.
- To find articles on a more specific topic or in a more
comprehensive way, look at the appropriate Subject Guide(s).
- To find a known database, scan the alphabetical
listing of all our online
indexes to journal literature.
- To find out if we own a journal in any format, search the Journal Finder by journal title.
- To obtain a copy of an article not at Bates, use Interlibrary Loan.
