How To Find: Books
- Search for books in the Ladd Library
Catalog.
- Search for books in Maine Info
Net or in NExpress
- Expand your search from the Ladd Library catalog by clicking on the
catalog navigation:
"Repeat Search in Maine Info Net" or "Repeat Search in NExpress"
- You can request the books you find in either catalog directly
yourself by clicking on the "Request this item" and entering your name and
campus ID number
- To place an Interlibrary Loan
- Besides checking the Ladd Library catalog, you'll need to also check
both the Maine Info Net and NExpress
catalogs
- If none of the three catalogs owns an available copy, log into the ILL site and fill
out a
book request.
- Search WorldCat, a
worldwide databse on books and more.
- For each title of interest, be sure to follow the instructions
for placing an ILL listed above

- Report a missing item at the circulation desk.
