Contents of the Catalog

The catalog contains records for:

Books, periodicals, government documents, theses, maps, CD-ROMs, scores, sound recordings, videos, and DVDs that are housed in The George & Helen Ladd Library.

Books that are housed in The Edmund S. Muskie Archives and Special Collections Library.

Remote electronic sources (e.g., electronic journals, electronic government documents, databases, electronic books).

Maps that are housed in the Geology Department.

Some items that are housed in the library are not in the catalog. These include:

Many government documents received before 1998. Look for these in the Catalog of U.S. Government Publications.
Those reserve items that are not owned by the library. Look for these under Reserves.
