Scope and Content NoteThe collection is composed of typescripts of drafts for The Small Pond, a literary magazine published by the Cider Press which Chute operated. Also includes correspondence with contributors and typescripts of their work; copies of Plowshare, a peace newsletter edited by Chute and his wife Virginia; typescripts for Lucky Shots by Chute; and two binders of Chute's photo collages. Also includes issues of The Small Pond Magazine of Literature, which continued The Small Pond, but was not published or edited by Robert Chute.
