Use of Library Resources An important finding from the survey was the very high and frequent use of the library building and resources by our users as well as the distinct difference between Bates student and faculty use. Bates students are heavy daily users of the library, both in building use and via the library web site when compared to other college students. Bates faculty are more likely to come to the library on a weekly basis, and to frequently connect to the library's web site daily more so than other college faculty.
