Circulation The Circulation Department at the George and Helen Ladd Library is responsible for the circulation of library materials and reserve items, administering access and loan policies, billing patrons for overdue and lost materials, and supervising stack maintenance. General Borrowing Policies: Learn more about loan periods, recalls/holds, renewals, and fines. MaineCat: A statewide online catalog, with built-in interlibrary loan requesting. NExpress: A consortium of college and university libraries in New England, with a combined online catalog and built-in interlibrary loan requesting. CBB Library Consortium Policies: Special loan policies for Colby, Bates, and Bowdoin patrons using Maine Info Net. Renew Material: An online function that allows you to view your patron record. You can see what you have checked out, double check your due dates, renew material, cancel holds, etc., without ever leaving your room or office. Reserves For Faculty: Reserves and Copyright Policy Reserves For Students: Search reserve readings by Course / Instructor Circulation Staff: Email and telephone contact information for the staff.
