FYL Student Coordinator

 

Responsibilities. The FYL Coordinator:

1.   Shall be present at all games.
2.   Will set up equipment and take down equipment for all games.
3.   Will pick up food and drinks from Commons.
4.   Select, train and supervise all officials.
5.   Record all game scores and email to FY League Director Marsha Graef.
6.   Report league standings and other important information to the sports editor of The Bates Student.
7.   Resolve disputes between teams, individuals, officials.
8.   Record work hours and submit payslips for officials and coordinator.
9.   Keep track of all equipment and lock up at the conclusion of the night.
10.  Understand the rules of the game and philosophy of the FY League.
