79-53

MEDFORD, Mass. - Senior co-captain Colleen McCrave (Walpole, Mass.) recorded her fourth career triple-double, with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, while just missing a quadruple double with eight steals as the Bobcats (12-0) defeated Tufts (6-2), 79-53, in a New England Small College Athletic Conference game.

The win extended the Bobcats' current school-record winning streak to 12 and was their 21st in a row in the regular season. Bates jumped out to a 46-27 lead at the half and was not threatened in the second. Twelve Bobcats entered the scoring column, led by junior guard Jolene Thurston (Post Mills, Vt.), who had 19 points and five steals, while classmate Emily King (Lebanon, N.H.) had 12 points and eight boards. The Bobcats forced 34 turnovers, the 10th time in 12 games that they have exceeded 30.
