* Take Route 202/100 through Auburn to Gray
* In Gray, turn left on Route 115 East
* Stay on Route 115 until joining Route 9 West
* Turn Right on Route 9 West (Cumberland Rd.)
* Pass Greely High School on left
* Take left at first light (Tuttle Rd.)
* Drive 1.7 Miles Turn Left into Twinbrook Recreational Area

from North of Lewiston (Augusta and North)
* Take Route 95 South through Brunswick
* Take Exit 16 (Cumberland/Yarmouth)
* Turn Left on to Route 1 South
* Drive 1.5 Miles 
* Turn left on Tuttle Rd/Cumberland Center/Cumberland Foreside Exit.
* At the end of the ramp turn right on Tuttle Rd towards Cumberland Center
* Drive 1.6 Miles Turn Right into Twinbrook Recreation Area 

from the South
* Take Maine Turnpike/95 North 
* Take Exit 6A (295 North)
* From 295 North take Exit 10 
 	(Route 1 Buchanon Rd/Falmouth/Cumberland/Cumberland Foreside)
* Turn left off the ramp follow signs for Route 1
* Turn left on Route 1 North at ShawÕs Supermarket
* Drive 3.5 Miles
