Sophomore Dmitri Kudrajavtsev (Tallinn, Estonia) captured his second career tournament title, defending his home courts in the Bates Invitational. After winning tiebreakers in the quarter- and semifinals, Kudrajavtsev breezed to a 6-0, 6-1, victory in the championship match.

Sophomore Milko Todorov reached the semifinals in the B flight, winning 6-4, 6-3, in the quarters.
