The Bates College men's soccer team recently spent 11 days in Great Britain. They played four matches against English and Scottish teams, attended three professional matches and toured two other football stadiums, as well as many other historic sites around the two countries.
The Bobcats' second match was against an amateur club team from Southport called Fleetwood-Hesketh.

The team congratulates sophomore Alex Cutler after he scored the first goal of the trip. Bates won the the game, 3-2, after Apstein scored twice, once in each half. Click here for more.
