WILSON DOUBLE-DOUBLE PACE BATES
TO 62-55 WIN OVER ENDICOTT

BEVERLY, Mass. Ñ Senior forward Alex Wilson (Duxbury, Mass.) recorded game-highs with 20 points and 10 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season as the Bates College Bobcats (8-3) defeated the host Endicott College Power Gulls (7-4) at the Post Center.

For the third time in their last four games, the Bobcats trailed at the half, shooting just 25 percent from the floor en route to a 26-21 deficit. But the Bobcats bounced back strongly, outscoring the Power Gulls 41-29 in the second for their third come-from-behind win of the season.

Wilson picked up his 17th career double-double on seven-of-13 shooting from the floor and five-of-seven from the line. Nine of his 10 rebounds were on the defensive glass. Classmate Ed Walker(Roxbury, Mass.) was the only other Bobcat in double figures with 19 points. Junior Angelo Salvaggio (Portland, Maine) hit six free throws down the stretch to help secure the victory.

Endicott was led by Jason Diaz with 19 points and a team-high seven rebounds and Andy Kirk with 11 points.
