Bates junior golfer Nick Brunero (West Warwick, R.I.) became the second Bobcat in three years to earn All-NESCAC honors, placing third overall. Brunero was one stroke back after the first day with a 78 and shot an 81 on day two for a total score of 159, six shots behind the leader. Brunero joins Tim Sargent '98, who placed second two years ago.
