PORTLAND, Maine -- Junior David Vensel (Watertown, Conn.) had his first career top-10 finish as the Bobcats placed fifth as a team at the Maine Intercollegiate Golf Championships. Vensel placed in a tie for seventh place, shooting a seven-over 79, six strokes off the lead. Defending State champion Nick Brunero (West Warwick, R.I.) was second for the Bobcats, finishing in a tie for 20th with an 83.
