Bates Rowing vs. Middlebury, Mt. Holyoke and Vassar

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Bates Crew began its first spring season as a varsity sport in an impressive manner winning 9 of 11 races. Bates swept the Varsity events, men's events and Middlebury College. With only three days of water practice Bates Crew had to race with confidence and determination to overcome this obstacle. With consistent water training Bates Crew hopes to increase speed this upcoming week as they meet WPI, UMass-Lowell and Mass Maritime in Worcester.
